No doubt, your 'all in one screen' office allows you to work in a more efficient manner and is a very useful virtual office.

Talking about features to gain time & efficiency

Providing simplicity and powered on  technology, you can manage your own-defined homepage boxes and move them as you want, you can subscribe to great numbers of feeds (simply search within the ecosystem), you can look at your email accounts (as many as you want) ...

You can check the traffic before leaving your job at night (the ring road traffic for example : avoiding to spill fuel and money for a 10 km/h drive and saving time by the way), check the weather before the Week end, check the last timetables to get on your next commuter train, add your web notes and so many favourite contents on your own to create your own well-designed-and-managed site within minutes. You can add as many feeds as you want to be informed of your last favourite news. feed is also part of them from last December and you can also subscribe to it !

help you managing your favourites efficiently wherever you are

No use to have several links on your desktop, your first email account in one place and a second one at another , can spare you a lot of time wherever you are located (home & work). Why ? Because the most important information and links that make you satisfied in having them within reach and reading them everyday are gathered in one customized homepage.
