A search software solution that cares about Intranets

While looking forward to find a new search engine, one of my colleagues I would like to thank for his support, told me a lot about the Omnifind search engine. This search engine can be implemented within your existing enterprise software solutions and can make your intranet more efficient while looking for files and other docs.
IBM and Yahoo! joined to develop this efficient search engine. Does anyone know this product ? Anyway, never mind, the essential is that the two companies take care about intranets in general and know a lot about employees needs. And you can have it for no charge !
